I have tested this program on my other Pc it works correctly, This program is by my Romanian friend gta samp player K64! Just Type your victim IP and click on firewall flood, for stop flooding click on Flood Stop! Note- This Software Sometimes Also Crash Your Victim's Computer so before crashing and stabbing carrots on your victim's ass (computer) just think about it little and do it your own risk,Plus This is a great program for sure.
